Hello PTW Group! I'm looking forward to our next 10 weeks together.

I wanted to share with you again the material information in case you still have questions.

You will need some version of the Participant/Companion Guide. You can either print this at home (click here) or you can purchase a copy via Amazon (click here). We also have a specific, shorter guide for the condensed 45-minute version (click here).

There is also a Practicing the Way book that is available here. Not required but recommended if you want to dive deeper.

I wanted to share with you some links to view the videos since we won't watch all of them in class:

• Link to Full Video- This is the full PTW video that includes the teaching portion, more information/speakers, and the practice information. The full version video is also available on practicingtheway.org.

• Link to "Practice" Portion of the Video- This video is the portion of the teaching video that shares information about the "practice" for the week. You can think of this as an explanation of your "homework."
